Grate stores only the information needed to create and protect trusted recognition records. Customer identity is not disclosed to providers or organizations.

Provider control

Providers control access to their recognition data. Organization access requires explicit, scoped consent and ends immediately when that consent is revoked.

Recognition integrity

Security metadata may be processed to prevent replay, automation, fraud, and misuse. Raw security identifiers are minimized or hashed before persistence.

Your choices

Account holders can correct profile information, manage consent, and request support through the authenticated portal. Applicable deletion requests remain subject to integrity, audit, and legal retention obligations.
